A Little About Me

Hello, I'm Pooneh, a certified Life & Relationship Coach with a deep passion for helping clients to create happy relationships and fulfilling lives.

My journey: to becoming a Coach began with the end of my first marriage after many years of hard work and struggle. Despite our best efforts, we couldn’t overcome the issues that ultimately led to our separation. However, this difficult experience became the catalyst for my transformation and career change from Law to Coaching.

My Story: After my first marriage ended, I was determined to understand why it failed and how I could help others avoid the same pitfalls. I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and professional growth, taking numerous courses in Life & Relationship Coaching, communication strategies, and conflict resolution. I learned about the fundamental principles that support a healthy and loving relationship, not just with my partner but also within myself.

Eight years ago, I remarried, bringing into this new relationship all the tools and insights I had gained. Today, I am proud to say that my husband and I share a deeply fulfilling and joyous connection, built on a foundation of mutual respect, open communication, and unwavering support.

My Philosophy: I believe that every individual’s journey is unique, with its own challenges and strengths. My approach is personalized, compassionate, and non-judgmental, focused on creating a safe space where you can be heard, valued, and empowered to achieve your personal goals.
